To give every child the opportunity to get active this summer, we are limiting the number of clinics per child to a maximum of 15. If this number is exceeded, the organisation will only retain the first 15 clinics and release the rest. (An exception is made for the Sports Festival, which may be added as a 16th clinic.)
Can't make it to the clinic after all? Let us know! Unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail and follow the next steps:

During the ASML Zomerspelen, after-school care organizations (BSO) or COA locations can participate in one or more clinics as a group and/or join the final Sports Festival. We understand that it can be difficult for after-school care organizations to enter all the children's details on the website, so we’re making an exception for you. No child information is required during registration.

No, you only need to register each child once. Within this registration, you can select up to 15 clinics. You can add the sports festival as a 16th clinic.
For example, if you want to register 3 children, you register each child separately and select the activities each child wants to participate in.
You only need one registration per child. If you accidentally created multiple registrations, you can merge the accounts. Choose the one account you want to keep.
Here’s how it works:
1. Go to your registration using the confirmation email.
2. Check the clinics your child is registered for.
3. Transfer these clinics to your child’s other account (the only account that remains).
4. Cancel the account from which all clinics have been transferred.
This leaves you with one account containing all of your child’s clinics.
