Frequently asked questions - Sports providers
Registration as a sports provider is now open via this website.
For questions, you can reach us at info@asmlzomerspelen.nl or call/send us a message at +31613372462.
We ask you to organize a clinic once a week (for five weeks) during the summer holidays for children aged 6 to 13 (with and without disabilities). This is a great opportunity to showcase your club, attract new young members, and motivate them to continue participating in sports, even after the Summer Games.
You decide the day and time that suits you best for the clinics. We will take care of recruitment and communication with the participants. Compensation is also available and will be included in the agreement. We are also happy to help you come up with suitable sports activities for children with disabilities.
In weeks 1 & 2 (July 13–26): clinics will be held in the neighborhood at locations such as Cruyff Court, schoolyards, or playgrounds.
Weeks 3 to 5 (July 27–August 16): clinics will be held at your own sports location.
Week 6 (August 19, subject to change): joint sports festival as a festive conclusion.
Yes, participation in all clinics and the sports festival is completely free for children aged 6 to 13.
Yes, as an organization, we attach great importance to a safe and responsible sports environment. That is why we expect all trainers who provide sports clinics to have a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). If the trainer does not (yet) have a VOG, please let us know so that we can look at other options together.
We will provide you with your own login code. This allows you to see for yourself how many children have registered.

Even if you are from Veghel, for example, you can still participate in clinics in all five regions.
To grant every child the opportunity to get active this summer, we are limiting the number of clinics per child to a maximum of 15. If this number is exceeded, the organisation will only retain the first 15 clinics and release the rest. (An exception is made for the Sports Festival, which may be added as a 16th clinic.)
Participants can register for individual clinics, which may be held on the same day. When planning, please take into account any necessary travel time.

During the ASML Zomerspelen, after-school care organizations (BSO) or COA locations can participate in one or more clinics as a group and/or join the final Sports Festival. We understand that it can be difficult for after-school care organizations to enter all the children's details on the website, so we’re making an exception for you.
