DRIP: Free Sportswear for Children Who Need It
Sport is for everyone. Yet for some children, it is not self-evident to participate, simply because they do not have suitable sportswear. Stichting DRIP wants to change that. This summer during the ASML Zomerspelen, DRIP will provide sports outfits and shoes to those who need them – for any sport. So, do you want a new, cool outfit to join in? You’ve come to the right place. We’ll make it happen together with you.
Who is DRIP for?
The DRIP bus is there for all children who want to play sports but do not have appropriate clothing. Think of sports shirts, shorts, socks, and shoes. Everything is free of charge.
Why do we do this?
Stichting DRIP believes that every child has the right to equal opportunities in sport. Sport builds self-confidence, energy, and joy – and no one should be left on the sidelines because of something as simple as a shirt or a pair of sports shoes.
Come by and join in!
On July 13, the DRIP bus will travel through all municipalities. Whether you're joining a clinic or just want to stop by, everyone is welcome at the DRIP bus. We make sure every child gets the right outfit to step onto the sports field with confidience.
The DRIP bus will cover the following route on July 13:
9.30-10.15 - Helmond - Speeltuin Leonardus (Mgr. Swinkelsstraat 24, 5623 AP Eindhoven)
10.45-11.30 - Geldrop-Mierlo - Bibliotheek Geldrop (Heuvel 94, 5664 HN Geldrop)
12.00-12.45 - Valkenswaard - Bibliotheek De Kempen (De Hofnar 12, 5554 DA Valkenswaard)
