Registration

By registering your child(ren), you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

You also confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) being registered. Only children between the ages of 6 and 13 may be registered.

Registration for the ASML Summer Games is mandatory and can only be done using the official registration form. Your registration is only complete once you receive a confirmation email from the ASML Summer Games organization.

Registration is open throughout the summer holiday and is possible up to one day before the start of an activity.

For swimming activities, participants must hold valid Swimming Diplomas A and B. Children without these diplomas may not register for swimming activities.

The registration form must be completed truthfully and in full. If any information is found to be incorrect, More2Win B.V. reserves the right to terminate the agreement and deny participation immediately.

After registration, nearly all communication will take place via email. It is therefore important that the email address you provide is correct and up to date. Please also make sure your spam filter allows emails from the ASML Summer Games.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This email includes a questionnaire that must be completed to finalize your registration.

If an activity is full, you can choose to register for the waiting list. If a spot opens up, you will automatically be notified.
If an extra date or time is added to the program, this will be communicated by email no later than one hour before the activity starts.

Attendance

If your child is registered for an activity, they are expected to attend on the scheduled day and time.
If your child is unable to attend, please notify us via the link in the confirmation email.

Not showing up to an activity means another child missed out on the opportunity. If a participant misses multiple activities without notice, More2Win B.V. reserves the right to deny further participation.

Liability

Participation in the ASML Summer Games is entirely at your own risk. Throughout the ASML Summer Games, More2Win B.V. is not liable for theft, damage to, or loss of personal belongings.

More2Win B.V. is not liable for injuries or permanent disability resulting from participation in the ASML Summer Games, unless such damage was caused by deliberate intent or gross negligence on the part of the activity supervisors.

By registering a participant for a specific activity, you declare that they are physically capable of participating in that activity.

Participants must follow the instructions of supervisors and take warnings seriously. More2Win B.V. is not liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow the rules, warnings, or instructions provided by supervisors.

Care and Safety

During the ASML Summer Games, there will always be at least one supervisor present with each group. Supervisors will remain with the group until all children have been picked up or, with permission, have left independently.

Parents or guardians are required to provide any relevant health information or other special considerations during the registration process. Parents and children are responsible for taking medication on time and for any necessary medical care.

If there are any changes in your child's health or other important matters after registration, parents or guardians are required to inform the organization via info@asmlzomerspelen.nl.

Code of Conduct

Bullying, discrimination, and unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. The ASML Summer Games are all about fun for every participant. We expect everyone to treat each other with respect.

If participants do not follow the rules or if disruptive or dangerous behavior occurs, we will inform the parent(s) or guardian(s).

In cases of serious misconduct, More2Win B.V. reserves the right to deny further participation. Serious misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Threatening or using violence
  • Intentionally injuring other children, supervisors, or volunteers
  • Deliberate property damage or vandalism
  • Carrying weapons with the intent to threaten or cause harm
  • Inappropriate touching or assault

Cancellation

More2Win B.V. reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend the ASML Summer Games or any part of the program if there are valid reasons to do so, either in the opinion of More2Win B.V. or the BrabantSport Fund, or in the event of force majeure.
