General terms and conditions - ASML Summergames 2026

1. General
The ASML Summer Games will take place from 13 July to 21 August 2026 in Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven, Geldrop-Mierlo and Valkenswaard, and are organized by More2Win B.V. (Chamber of Commerce: 75122723) on behalf of the Brabantsport Fund.

The ASML Summer Games are intended for children aged 6 to 13.

During the ASML Summer Games, activities are also offered for children with a disability, chronic condition, or other challenges.

From 13 July to 26 July, activities will take place in neighborhoods, on school playgrounds, on Cruyff Courts, or at sports providers. From 27 July to 16 August, activities will take place at sports providers. On Wednesday, 19 August 2026, the ASML Summer Games Sports Festival will take place at the Jan Louwers Stadium (FC Eindhoven).

Participation in the ASML Summer Games is free of charge.
 

2. Registration 
Registration is mandatory and can only be completed via the official registration form.

By registering, the parent/guardian declares that they:

  • Have read and agree to these general terms and conditions;
  • Are the legal representative of the registered child;
  • Confirm that the child falls within the age group of 6 to 13 years;
  • Confirm that the child is physically able to participate in the selected activity.

Registration is final once a confirmation email has been received from the organization.

The registration form must be completed fully and truthfully. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in refusal or termination of participation.

For swimming activities, participants must hold swimming certificates A and B. Without these certificates, participation in swimming activities is not permitted.

If an activity is full, registration for the waiting list is possible. If a spot becomes available, the organization will contact you automatically.

Communication takes place primarily via email. The parent/guardian is responsible for providing a correct and up‑to‑date email address. It is also recommended to ensure that your spam filter allows emails from ASML Summer Games.
 

3. Attendance and Supervision
If a child is registered for an activity, they are expected to attend on the specified date and time.

If the child is unable to attend, this must be reported via the link in the confirmation email.

In case of repeated no‑shows without cancellation, More2Win B.V. reserves the right to refuse further participation.

The responsibility of More2Win B.V. begins at the official start time of the activity at the specified location and ends at the conclusion of the activity at the same location.

If a participant arrives earlier than the indicated start time, they remain under the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Parents/guardians are responsible for bringing and picking up their child(ren) on time, unless written permission has been given for the child to leave independently.
 

4. Care and Safety 
At least one supervisor per group will be present during activities.

Parents/guardians are required to report relevant medical conditions or other important information during registration.

If changes occur in the child’s health situation, this must be reported as soon as possible via info@asmlzomerspelen.nl

Medication must be taken by the child themselves. Supervisors do not administer medication unless written agreements have been made in advance.

By registering, parents/guardians give permission to call for medical assistance in case of emergency and, if necessary, to provide or have first aid provided. Any costs for medical treatment are the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
 

5. Code fo Conduct
The ASML Summer Games promote fun, respect, and sportsmanship.

Bullying, discrimination, and unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.

Parents/guardians will be informed in case of disruptive or unsafe behavior.

In cases of serious misconduct, participation may be terminated immediately. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Threatening or using violence
  • Intentionally causing injury
  • Vandalism or damage to property
  • Carrying weapons
  • Indecent behavior
     

6. Liability
Participation in the ASML Summer Games is at your own risk.

More2Win B.V. is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to participants’ belongings.

More2Win B.V. is not liable for injury or damage resulting from participation, unless caused by intent or gross negligence by the organization or activity supervisors.

Participants must follow the instructions of supervisors. Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions is the responsibility of the participant and/or parent/guardian.

More2Win B.V. has business liability insurance. Parents/guardians are responsible for having valid health insurance and, if desired, personal liability insurance.
 

7. Cancellation and Changes
More2Win B.V. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or relocate activities, parts of the event, or the entire event if there are valid reasons or in cases of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions).

No rights can be derived from changes or cancellations.

More2Win B.V. reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most recent version can be found on the website.

 

8. Photo and Video Material
During the ASML Summer Games, photos and video recordings may be taken for promotional and reporting purposes, including use on websites, social media, and printed materials.

By selecting this option during registration, parents/guardians give permission for this. After registration, written objections can also be submitted via info@asmlzomerspelen.nl .

Names of children will not be published without additional consent.
 

9. Privacy 
More2Win B.V. processes personal data of parents/guardians and participants solely for the organization and execution of the ASML Summer Games.

The following data is processed:

  • Contact details of the parent/guardian (postal code, email, phone number)
  • Name, gender, and date of birth of the child
  • Medical details (if provided)

Data is only shared with involved sports providers and, if necessary, first aid staff.

Personal data will not be kept longer than necessary and will be deleted no later than 5 years after the project ends, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Parents/guardians have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Requests can be sent to info@asmlzomerspelen.nl 

10. Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where More2Win B.V. is located.
